October 22nd-Katie won the bronze medal at Upper Great Lakes Regionals. She skates next at Midwestern Sectionals. Great job, Katie! December 31st- November 23rd-Katie finished 5th overall at the 2001 Midwestern Sectionals. November 17th-Katie is in 4th place after the short program at 2001 Midwestern Sectionals. A top 4 finish at sectionals will qualify Katie for the 2001 US Nationals. career! July 15th-Katie will skate at Skate Detroit late this month and the Extreme Figure Skating Expo on Labor Day weekend. April 17th-A new section full of article and photo links has been added to Katie's page. February 27th-Congratulations to Katie for being named student of the month in her high high school class! February 1st-Katie's special National's journal entry is now online! January 21st-Congratulations to Katie for finishing thirteenth in the long program, fourteenth overall at the 2001 US Nationals in Boston, Massachusetts! January 20th-Katie finished 14th in the short program at the 2001 US Nationals in Boston, Massachusetts. Best wishes to Katie in today's long program! Katie will skate second in the first group. January 19th- Best wishes to Katie in today's short program at the 2001 US Nationals in Boston, Massachusetts! A practice photo of Katie appears on the USFSA Nationals web site. January 15th- Katie will skate fourth in the first group (4th overall) in the senior ladies short program at this week's US nationals. January 10th- Katie recently completed an interview with the website, Unseen Skaters. In addition to the interview, Unseen Skaters has also written a short biography on Katie! January 8th- Katie has been assigned to practice group A for the senior ladies division of the 2001 US Nationals in Boston, Massachusetts. December

September 16th- Congratulations to Katie for finishing second at this weekend's Rockford Open competition. August 19th- Katie is in second place after the short program at the Silicon Valley competition. According to two separate fan reports, Katie was the only competitor to skate a clean program. :) August
